Very friendly staff, They can help you to book some tours and many other things! The rooms are very comfortable, and the AC works like a charm with everything being perfectly isolated (rare in Thailand). It's very well placed to access the city center by foot, and yet it's very calm. I definitely recommend

The room is really clean with comfy beds and lovely decorations. The family runs this place is really friendly and warm-hearted. I got sweets from the daughter when I leave :) so sweet:) btw I also love the outside yards with blooming flowers☺️I’ll definitely come back if I come to Chiangmai again.Anyway highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights at the Little Guest House with my wife and two daughters. This hotel is run by a lovely, helpful, and always available Thai family. It is very well located, just a stone's throw away from the old town of Chiang Mai, with a small market downstairs and shops nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and attentive. We had an excellent stay, and the hotel offers great value for money. I would like to commend the quality of the accommodation and the hospitality.

Very nice clean rooms. Cool building. Excellent beds. vg wi-fi... And great location with lots of parking And lovely family. I have stayed here many times in the last 18 years. Will always go back. Good to book in advance in high season - they do get full!

Not far from old town. Very sweet family. Rooms need improvements and at least change the curtains to remove the strong smell in the bedroom. A lot of mosquitoes as windows not properly closed when we arrived.

A very belated review but a well deserved nonetheless! This is my go-to place when staying in Chiang Mai, I've stayed there at least 5 times (maybe more :-)), from 2018 and the last time in 2022. A very nice family-run guesthouse that is always very welcoming. The owners speak good English and they also really treat you like a family. I've had multiple issues with my motorbike so I kept coming back to them a few times unannounced and they've always managed to find a room for me. It's located near the northern gate (Chang Phuak) to the walled city, a short walking distance to 7/11, small food/night market. Venture a little bit further and you'll find plenty of local eateries with local prices. They also have their own closed parking for motorbikes at the back of the guesthouse and its very secure, so you don't have to leave the bike on the street.

We came there twice and both times we really liked to stay at the place. It's situated at the north-gate what's a pretty good place to be cuz you can reach all relevant points within 25 minutes walk. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this place to everyone :)
